Pinnacle Prep, Premium Tutoring Agency
Copywriter / Editor (Independent Contractor), 2007

Head writer and editor for Cliffhanger Notes, a young adult adventure novel employing many SAT vocabulary words. For in-house pedagogical use at Pinnacle Prep. The plot revolves around six psychic teenagers, an evil Gilded Age industrialist, and an otter. Several other writers worked on the book initially, and I compiled their chapters (all ending in cliffhangers, of course) into the larger story.

Marketed Dan Hoyle’s Tings Dey Happen, Lawrence Wright’s My Trip To Al-Qaeda, Danny Hoch’s Till the Break of Dawn, and George Packer’s Betrayed, all of which I enjoyed. I also wrote for the now-defunct Culture Project blog, covering the theater’s Impeachment series.
